These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by MultiConnect, a sole proprietorship, via the www.multiconnect.ch website.

2. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to :

• All orders placed on the website www.multiconnect.ch
• All services (CV creation, translations, administrative support, etc.)
• All product sales via our online store (MultiConnect Market)

3. Controls

Orders can be placed via our website. Once the order has been validated and payment made, a confirmation e-mail is sent automatically.

MultiConnect reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or previous non-payment.

4. Products – MultiConnect Market

The products offered in our online store are available subject to availability and delivery.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

MultiConnect reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Services – MultiConnect

Services (CVs, translations, assistance) are carried out according to the deadlines announced at the time of the order.
All content transmitted by the customer is treated as confidential.

Some services may require direct contact (by e-mail or at the branch) before they are carried out.

6. Payment

Payments can be made :

• Online (cards, Apple Pay, etc.)
• By bank transfer
• In branch (cash or other accepted means)

Services and products are only delivered/executed once payment has been confirmed.

7. Delivery and collection

• Products can be collected from our branches or delivered to your home (Switzerland only).
• Delivery times are indicative and may vary according to product availability.
• No reimbursement will be made for delays caused by the carrier or an incorrect address.

8. Right of return / cancellation

Perishable goods (food) cannot be returned.
Other products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Digital services (CV, translation, etc.) are non-refundable once their execution has begun with the customer’s agreement.

9. Liability

MultiConnect cannot be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or its services.
The customer is responsible for the information he/she transmits when placing an order.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
